IMPROVEMENTS

Updated sorting in Meter Ledger Entries

The Meter Ledger Entries page now sorts entries in descending order by Entry No. – the latest entries will appear at the top of the list.

New parameter in Real Estate Setup: Disable Service Price creation from Contract Line

This setting is enabled by default for all clients after updating to the latest version.
When enabled, the following fields in the Contract Line page become non-editable: Price, Price Type, Price for Period, and Price Index Code.

This helps reduce mistakes caused by accidentally creating service prices from Lease Contract Lines.

If your process requires editing these fields, you can simply adjust the parameter accordingly.

Automated removal of service prices when deleting Lease Contracts

When a Lease Contract with the status New (i.e. a newly created Lease Contract, not a version of an existing one) is deleted, the system now also removes related Service Sales Prices where the Type is Contract.

This improves data consistency and helps avoid retaining outdated pricing records.


BUG FIXES

Calculation of newly created lines in the Service Journal has been fixed. The system now accurately displays the exact number of additional lines created.

Automated Lease Contract Extension

We are introducing automation for long-term Lease Contract extensions, enabling background processes to handle routine tasks for you. This will save you time and reduce manual effort. Additionally, notifications can be sent internally to managers and externally to tenants ahead of any contract extension, depending on your communication preferences. This ensures transparency, improves communication, and helps you avoid missed deadlines.

Enhanced Translation Capabilities

We will continue to expanding and refine our translations to support more languages and improve accuracy. Our goal is to make the platform more accessible and user-friendly in your native language, helping you and your team work more efficiently and confidently, no matter where you are.

We will introduce smart notifications tailored to specific use cases. For example, if a Lease Contract is extended manually, the system will remind you to update the Price expiration date and other relevant details. These reminders will help maintain data accuracy, reduce manual errors, and ensure your operations run smoothly and remain compliant.
