Client's challenges and needs

Different companies had separate systems for data management, and property management data was separated from accounting and financials. Their primary need was to have it in one system and solve their challenges with features that adapt business processes without a gap.

The solution

The client chose SOFT4Spaces on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage all processes in one system. From lease quote preparation and negotiation with potential tenants, leading to contract management and billing on various scenarios, including custom payment schedules, maintenance, and work order management together with the SOFT4Spaces tenant portal, which allows tenants to submit requests easily on the web portal. The Cinespace maintenance team uses a simplified mobile Business Central app to manage the work orders.
